No atms in the area have to drive to tulsa
When we purchased our new car we financed in the Tag and title. Got the check and took it to the bank the dealership (BOA) uses because our bank would put a hold on it until it cleared. Well... since we needed to get the Tag done now we didn't have the time to wait. My husband goes in to cash it and he was charged a "convenience fee" for cashing it because he didn't want to open an account with them. Not cool Bank of America!
Why do they never answer the phone? I've been in several times and there is always at least two people able to answer the phone. I guess I'll just get out of my house with the flu and bring it them. Oh yeah the reason I'm going to visit is because they double charged me for a Safety Deposit box... WTH?
Just because they have no drive thru and close at 4pm the ATM is awesome with cash deposits!!
They charge to cash there own checks at this bank, now in joplin there are none left so as we were going thru town we stopped to cash a check with there buisness name on there check. I mean (Bank of America) and they charged 8 dollars to cash it. I see no reason to bank where they charge people for the checks that are from your corp.
