I was seated near the bar, which was bad enough, and given a menu to peruse. I did so for about 10 minutes and really found nothing a common person would eat except a $30 steak and I didn't want to spend that much for lunch. Just a bunch of trendy millennial food that was way overpriced. I'm not a hurricane fish taco kind of person. I didn't want shrimp, salmon, chicken salad, a fungus burger or fried bologna.

Great service and good food. Took a chance on the beef enchilada plate and was very happy with my choice. Good flavor and to the meat and red sauce.

This place is easily described as a last resort place to eat out with the family. We were seated quickly and the server was somewhat responsive, you could easily tell he was somewhat new or inexperience. When we got our food, which took quite a bit of time, my plate was presented very sloppy. I ordered a flat iron steak with loaded mashed potatoes and mixed veggies. The steak, which I ordered medium rare, was easily undercooked, being very chewy, but it did have a somewhat decent flavor the first minute I was spending chewing it. The veggies were sloppy and basically had no bite to them, and the mashed potatoes were cold and ended up being the only thing I finished. Needs some improvement if they want to be different from the good chain restaurants. Red lobster prices for chili's food.

Best restaurant in town. The owners are extremely friendly as well as the manager and entire staff. A whole wall of giant televisions plus several others throughout the restaurant and they also have NFL Sunday ticket so any game you want can be put on. Full liquor bar with a wide beer selection including some local craft beers and several wine choices including some from regional vineyards. NOW TO THE FOOD.. always amazing. I recommend the onion rings, sooner fries, and on occasions they serve ribs which are the best you will ever try seriously- Everyone I have spoke too says they are the best they have ever had. My personal favorite is the David's Ribeye Sandwich.

I was just getting up to leave when my server finally came to the table and asked what I would like to drink. I explained to him that I really found nothing on the menu I was interested in, to which he replied loudly "What? We have everything." l said "I don't see anything that interests me." He stormed away angrily saying "you're the second person in the last 20 minutes that has done this to me."

Oh but I DO care! I had heard about this place for awhile and wanted to check it out, so I did, September 23rd, 2017. I found this to be way too trendy, overpriced and pretty much a bunch of hype. It's halfway between towns and certainly not worth the drive if you're not just passing by anyway.

My family and I had dinner here for the very first time tonight and it was wonderful! The server was very good and very sweet and patient with a cranky 4 year old. We had catfish, chicken strips and fish tacos and we have no complaints at all. Everything was fresh, crispy, and hot. Great selection of beer also. I highly recommend giving them a try. We will be going back often.

He seemed to be greatly offended and took my lack of desire to eat there, very personally. I was embarrassed by his display of frustration and left the I Don't Care Bar & Grill. I will never go back again.

I love the name of this place. It is a nice facility and seems to be clean. This is heavy on the bar though and light on the grill. Certainly NOT a place for children, unless you're training them to become alcoholics.
