I currently live out of town but I am in the Broken Arrow and Catoosa area everyday. If I need to go to a Walmart, I always go to this one! Everyone is super sweet and very helpful.
The fresh fruit and veggies are wilted or gone bad, items I need are out of stock or they stop carrying them all together, not enough cashier's. I did tell a manager today about all of this so we will see if they improve. I will say the people who work there are very friendly.
Very few organic produce items and some of it was out of stock. No brand name organic frozen produce...only generic.
Well-stocked with the typical Wal-Mart fare. Could use a few more cashiers and a few less stockers, though. At 10:00 pm on a Tuesday, I saw at least 3 employees standing around discussing their evening plans after work. When I went to check out, the only registers open were the self checkout kiosks. However, only half of these were open and there were 6 people waiting in line!
Some of the organic bananas were in good condition.
They keep changing the variety of Amy's products...So of course they didn't have the ones that I wanted (the low calorie tamale dinners).
They only carry one size of the Michelangelo's Eggplant Parmesan now. It's up at the very very top shelf and I needed help getting the boxes down. The first box was dogeared. Then it looked like there weren't anymore, but the customers looked way far in the back and pulled out a couple other boxes... No wonder Walmart thinks that they don't sell much Michelangelo's Eggplant Parmesan, most people wouldn't even notice it.
The Lady at the customer service desk was rude had an attitude and wouldn't even try to make a transaction. Her manager was so sweet and helped us. Then no one to be found in camping department. The lady on the end of the operating line lied about no one in our department.
Difficulty finding items on the section manager days off, but customer service was eventually able to find some staff that could help me.
The store was busy and had over half of the registers open, so check out lines moved quickly.
