I have been going to the same supercuts for the last 15yrs and have grown to love the haircuts I have received there... That is until This last haircut!!! The lady that cut my hair took no regard to my wishes wich were simply to give me the cut I already had but just trim it up a bit. I HAD a stacked inverted bob that had grown past my comfortable shoulder length so all waned was a trim... She wacked and hacked until I had barely enough hair to call it sholder length... I now look like Susan Boyle!!! HATE HATE HATE IT!!!!
My first visit to Catoosa Supercuts was last Wednesday, and that was probably my last. The gal that cut my hair did not know what she was doing. What a waste of a good twenty dollar bill, and she didn't even say thanks.
My boyfriend got there, showed them a picture and described how he wanted it. They started cutting too short and he told them so, but they turned him around and still started cutting!!! It was awful!! And it looked nothing like the picture. Never going here again.
Before I came here to write this review I looked at their website and under HAIR CUTS it said "now hiring" guess I should have read the reviews first, not one good one. My opinion.
Walked in, quick service and the lady was nice but she forgot to cut my sideburns! I walked out after paying not realizing that she had missed it. Kinda my fault for not pointing it out, but really... how does she forget to do my sideburns!
Love it. It's the only place I'll go to get my haircut. I lived out of state for the majority of 2016 so you could imagine upon my return I looked like a poor man's Wolverine. By Wolverine I mean Hugh Jackman and by poor man I mean if Hugh Jackman was obese and lived with his parents...
